Those who attend will stand a strong chance of starting a good career in UK after their studies. They will:
* Know and leverage the S-E-N-T formula that every student needs for success
* Understand what the top universities and top employers need from them
* Learn how to prepare for their university and work experience applications
* Know where to find work experience, internships and viable alternatives to work experience opportunities
* Recognise the importance of soft skills and learn how to develop them
* Be equipped to create a strong CV and LinkedIn profile
Each participant will attend 15 hours of virtual sessions over the course of the year. This will be over 6 workshops.
Participants will also have access to weekly updates on work experience and super-curricular activities that can boost confidence and help develop employability skills.
The virtual sessions are via Zoom and are best accessed by laptop. As they are highly interactive, participants will be expected to be online during the sessions.
The sessions are expected to be in the October and February half-term holidays as well as the summer holidays in July. Exact dates for the sessions will be communicated in the first week of October.
